The Journal publishes original articles, as well as conference proceedings, and research summaries in area of comparative legal studies.
Russian Journal of Comparative Law aims to provide both, legal scholars and practitioners with information about the current state of legislation in different legal orders and national practices of implementing international law. The Journal provides a platform for discussion among scholars from different legal jurisdictions specializing in all fields of law. All opinions expressed in publications remain the opinions of our authors.
This is a peer review Journal. All submissions undergoes double blind peer review based om initial editor screening.
The Editorial Board invites researchers to publish articles about their achievements.
This is an open access journal. The Journal has neither article processing charges (APCs), nor article submission charges. Reproduction of articles in commercial purposes is prohibited.
